Refund & 60-Day Trial Policy
At RLT8, we stand behind the quality of our red light therapy devices.
We offer a 60-Day Risk-Free Trial so you can experience the product at home.
However, to protect against misuse and abuse, all returns must strictly meet the conditions below.
60-Day Risk-Free Trial
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To qualify for a refund under the 60-Day Trial:
• The product must be used only as intended
• The device must be in good working condition
• No intentional damage, misuse, modification, or tampering
• All original components must be returned (device, straps, cables, packaging)
• Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to reject returns that show:
• Excessive wear or misuse
• Water damage or physical damage
• Burn marks or tampering
• Missing components
• Damage caused by improper storage
This trial is limited to one return per customer / household.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email:
support@rlt8core.com
Include:
• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Clear photos of the product condition
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.
RLT8 is not responsible for lost return parcels.
Inspection & Refund Approval
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: within 10 business days after approval
If the return does not meet our conditions, it will be rejected and may be sent back at the customer’s expense.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is:
• Defective
• Damaged during shipping
• Incorrect
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
• Sale or promotional items
• Gift cards
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Items returned beyond 60 days
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to switch to another model, you must:
